Meet Bella, a happy eight (or nine) year-old Pit Bull Terrier available for adoption at the Shelbyville/Shelby County Animal Shelter! Bella is a sweet girl that was relinquished to the shelter by an owner who could no longer care for her … poor Bella was so confused and didn’t understand her new surroundings, she’d done nothing wrong! Age is just a number to this sweetheart who is wonderful with children and animals of all kinds, she wants a family to give her the chance to add some sunshine to their lives. Look at that doggy smile, don’t you want to be the forever family to let her know it’s all okay and that she’s going to be loved forever? Because she’s already spayed and fully vetted, Bella is FREE to her future forever home … what are you waiting for, y’all? (If you rent your home, the shelter MUST speak with your landlord before you adopt … many establishments have breed restrictions and you don’t want to have to choose between eviction and your forever friend!) Anyone interested in Bella, please check the link above for hours of operation and adoption requirements (meet and greets are a must!). Once your application has been approved, you get to take Bella home that day! Any additional questions, please email Chris Browder at cbrowder@cityofshelbyvillein.com or call at (317) 392-5127.
