Meet Rolly, a handsome one year-old Springer Spaniel mix available for adoption at the Shelbyville/Shelby County Animal Shelter! Rolly and his sister, Mia, were surrendered by their owner when they moved into a place that did not allow pets, but these two do not need to be adopted together. Rolly was bossed around a bit by Mia (she would play pretty rough with him) and would gobble up every bit of his food so that she couldn’t take it. He’s lived with cats and kids and does great with both! Rolly is a total sweetheart and definitely deserves his forever home … are you Rolly’s forever family? Rolly’s adoption fee is $95, which covers his neuter surgery, rabies/booster vaccinations, wormer, Home Again microchip and registration. Anyone interested in Rolly, please check the link above for hours of operation and adoption requirements (meet and greets are a must!). Once your application has been approved, you get to take Rolly home that day! Any additional questions, please email Chris Browder at cbrowder@cityofshelbyvillein.com or call at (317) 392-5127.
Rolly is …
– a total sweetheart that does NOT have to be adopted with his sister, Mia.
– good with kids and cats (meet and greets with other dogs in the home would be a must!).
– mostly housebroken.

*Please be sure check out other long-term shelter residents (Macy, Lucy, Onyx and Kiki) to find your forever friend!*
*UPDATE: Rolly has been pulled by a Spaniel rescue … congrats, Rolly!*
