Meet Kilo, an energetic almost-one year-old Pit Bull available for adoption at the Shelbyville/Shelby County Animal Shelter! Kilo was surrendered with his brother, Joker, at the end of May because their owner could no longer care for them, but he’s now back from Vet Tech and turnkey-ready for his forever home! He has a bit of food aggression and would do best as the only dog, but he’s good with children and cats and would benefit from love, patience and training from his new family. Kilo is so young and has his whole life ahead of him to make happy memories with a family … he’ll give you 1000%, can you give him a forever home? Anyone interested in Kilo, please check the link above for hours of operation and adoption requirements (meet and greets are a must!). Once your application has been approved, you get to take Kilo home that day! Any additional questions, please email Chris Browder at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at (317) 392-5127.
Kilo is …
– almost a year old and full of life, he just needs his family to take the time to work with him on manners!
– good with children and cats, but best as the only dog in the home due to some food aggression.
– up-to-date on his vaccinations, wormed and heartworm negative.
– FREE to his loving, forever home!
*Please be sure check out other long-term shelter residents (Kiki, Macy, Lucy and Onyx) to find your forever friend!*
