Meet Rupert, a playful three year-old American Pit Bull Terrier/Shar Pei mix available at the Johnson County Animal Shelter! Look at that adorable face, how can you resist those soulful eyes? Not much is known about this sweet boy’s history, but he has been nothing but sweet and friendly since arriving at the shelter. Rupert adores playing with squeaky toys, though his favorite game is playing tug with a strong and willing human! All adoptions are done with approved applicants by appointment only and once you fill out the adoption application, the shelter will contact you to set up an appointment and meet the pet.
