Meet King, a gorgeous one year-old Pit Bull available for adoption at the Shelbyville/Shelby County Animal Shelter! King (along with his brother, Kane, who has since been adopted) was a victim of abuse and neglect and his former “owner” (I use that term VERY loosely) is now going to be prosecuted. King and Kane were lucky to be chosen for the Vet Tech program and now this handsome boy is ready for a real forever home where he can be loved, spoiled and know what it’s like to truly be cherished. King has such a trusting and forgiving heart, despite his past abuse, and bonds quickly to people who show him kindness … he LOVES being loved! King is wonderful with children, but due to his breed his potential adopters MUST own their own home, no rentals (too many past landlord issues with regards to Pit Bulls on property). This sweetheart is turnkey-ready, are you the forever home King deserves? Anyone interested in King, please check the link above for hours of operation and adoption requirements (meet and greets are a must!). Once your application has been approved, you get to take King home that day! Any additional questions, please email Chris Browder at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at (317) 392-5127.
King is …
– a sweet, loving and trusting boy who bonds quickly and without hesitation to his people.
– wonderful with children and does well with other dogs, but meet-and-greets are a must if there are other canine siblings in the home.
– up-to-date on his vaccinations and wormed.
– FREE to his loving, forever home!
