Meet Dargo, a happy-go-lucky one-and-a-half year-old American Bulldog/German Shepherd mix available at the Johnson County Animal Shelter! Dargo was recently adopted from the shelter, but he was returned when the owner realized he wasn’t getting the attention he deserved. Dargo loves car rides, smelling his surroundings, running himself silly and giving lots of doggie kisses to his people! He has also discovered that squeaky toys are awesome and his favorite is a rubber doughnut (who doesn’t like doughnuts?). Dargo will need an active forever family that can keep up with his silliness, enjoy his sloppy kisses and help him warm up to enjoy lots of snuggles. Can you be Dargo’s forever family and love him like he deserves? All adoptions are done with approved applicants by appointment only and once you fill out the adoption application, the shelter will contact you to set up an appointment and meet the pet. Dargo’s adoption fee is $150, which covers his vaccinations, neuter surgery and microchip registration.
Dargo is …
– playful, silly and sweet and loves to cuddle!
– untested with children and other animals.
