Meet Caper, a happy two year-old American Bulldog mix available at the Johnson County Animal Shelter! Caper is a friendly boy who likes to chill with his people and has a weakness for booty scratches. Even though he is over 80 pounds, he likes to believe he’s lap-sized when it comes to cuddle sessions and wants as much love as you are able to give! Caper has been uninterested in the other dogs at the shelter and is untested with children and other animals, so a meet-and-greet with all family members is a must before bringing this big boy home. Ready to go on an adventure with Caper and be his forever home? All adoptions are done with approved applicants by appointment only and once you fill out the adoption application, the shelter will contact you to set up an appointment and meet the pet. Caper’s adoption fee is $150, which covers his vaccinations, neuter surgery and microchip registration.
