Meet Maverick, an energetic and happy three year-old Labrador/American Staffordshire Terrier mix available for adoption at the White River Humane Society! Maverick is very family-friendly, but will definitely do best in home with an active family that will take him out and exercise and play with him! If you think you’ve seen your forever friend online, please fill out an adoption application (or you can also download a Microsoft Word version and email it to wrhsmgt@gmail.com); applications usually take 2-3 business days for approval and then he will need to be fixed before leaving the shelter. Adoption fees range from $50-$200 depending on breed and age and includes his neuter, vaccinations (DA2PP & Bordetella), deworming, rabies shot, microchip, heartworm test, a free vet visit to any Lawrence County veterinarian, 30 Days of free pet health insurance and an adoption goodie bag.
