Meet Oakley, a gorgeous 10 month-old Australian Shepherd puppy available for adoption at Tails & Trails Rescue! Oakley, despite being so young, has already shown he’s a smart boy by mastering commands such as “sit”, “down”, “kisses” and “high fives” … and he’s ready to learn more! Kong toys packed with peanut butter is a huge favorite of this pale-eyed beauty and he has plenty of energy to play fetch! Small children make him nervous and he’s not a fan of cats or having other dogs run up and bark at him, so he’ll need a cat-free, older children ONLY home and a meet-and-greet with other dogs in the home is a must. He would probably benefit from a calm female canine sibling, but only if she earns his trust!
