Meet Uno, Dos, Tres, Cuatro & Cinco! *UPDATE: ADOPTED!!!*

Meet the quintet of leopard geckos available for adoption through A Critter’s Chance Rescue! Although all five are similar in appearance, Cuatro and Cinco have been known to bite while Uno, Dos and Tres have been very friendly while being handled by people. Never owned a gecko before? No worries, here’s a link on characteristics of and care instructions for leopard geckos and also how to determine if your gecko is male or female. If you’re interested in giving one (or all) of these spotted critters their forever home, please contact Kelly Thomas with A Critter’s Chance rescue in Plainfield, either by phone [(765) 430-5610] or email (samboni95@gmail.com). These lizards are unsexed and the adoption fee is $30 each.

*NOTE: Geckos can also live 20 years or more in captivity, so make sure you’re prepared for a long-term commitment! Also, if you’re going to take more than one of these lizards home, it’s a good idea to only have one male per 15-20 gallon tank for territorial reasons.*

*Please check out my feature on this amazing rescue … they have so many different and amazing animals looking for their forever homes!*
