Meet Giselle, a shy and cautious nine-and-a-half year-old black cat available for adoption through the Hancock County Humane Society! Giselle is a short and chunky girl who likes attention on her own terms, hiding until she feels completely comfortable with her people and surroundings. Giselle also just had most of her teeth removed due to serious decay and previous neglect, but she’s feeling much better now! Supermodels come in all shapes and sizes, are you the patient forever home where Giselle can be herself and come out of her shell? Shelter hours are by appointment only on Saturdays and the shelter is closed on holidays. Two shelter visits are also required before the adoption can be completed and adoption fees vary based on age of cat, age of adopter, etc., so please click the link above for more information.
