Meet Lucky, a sweet ten year-old calico cat available for adoption at the Shelbyville/Shelby County Animal Shelter! Lucky isn’t feeling up to her name right now after animal control was called when it was discovered her owner was deceased in the home (and family is unable to take her). She’s young-at-heart and hasn’t missed a meal, she just needs a forever home where she can enjoy her golden years and be spoiled like she deserves. She was the only pet in the home and even though she’ll hiss at the other cats in the kitty room at the shelter, there’s no fighting or clawing … she’s just used to having all the attention for herself! She’s up-to-date on her kitty boosters, wormer and flea preventative and she’s free to her future forever home! Don’t you want to make your home more lucky (and help Lucky live up to her name)?
