Meet Chowder, a cute-as-a-button three or four year-old male Jersey Wooly/Lionhead mix available for adoption at IndyCLAW Rescue! Chowder was passed between a couple different homes before being surrendered by his most recent owner through no fault of his own. Chowder was briefly owned by a family before they discovered that they didn’t have the kind of time that Chowder deserved, so a friend of one of the children in the family smuggled him into his own house. When the boy’s mom discovered Chowder stowed away in his room, this sweet bun was sent packing and arrived in the loving care of IndyCLAW and its volunteers. Chowder is a precious boy who enjoys people and being held … he would make a great first rabbit for some lucky family! Chowder’s adoption fee is $60.
