Meet Moffat, a two-and-a-half month-old kitten available for adoption through the ARK Fostercare Program! Moffat (along with her littermates and mama) were rescued from a high-kill shelter and her personality has yet to shine through, but she’s an absolute doll that would love to be your purrfect friend! The adoption fee for cats and kittens is $125, which includes their spay/neuter, microchipping, all necessary vaccinations, FIV testing, worming and any additional treatments and one month of pet insurance.
