Meet Roscoe, an easygoing five year-old Hound available for adoption through the ARK Fostercare Program! Roscoe was discovered wandering the countryside as a puppy and was adopted shortly thereafter by what everyone thought would be his forever family. Unfortunately, Roscoe’s family had a baby and decided they couldn’t handle both the dog and baby and that Roscoe had to go (though he LOVES children). Heartbreaking, right? But Roscoe is seriously hoping that the next time he’s adopted it will be to his true forever family, people who are willing to make a lifelong commitment to love and care for him. The adoption fee for dogs and puppies is $250, which includes their spay/neuter, microchipping, all necessary vaccinations, worming and any additional treatments (including heartworm, if necessary) and one month of pet insurance.
