Patty Cake Sammy
Meet Patty Cake and Sammy, a bonded pair of rabbits available for adoption through the Indiana House Rabbit Society! Patty Cake was brought to IHRS after her previous rescue was forced to close and was lucky enough to bond with Sammy, her new husbun. Sammy, on the other hand, was picked up as a stray from a truck rental facility during record cold conditions and slowly got used to the good life in the rescue (and the warmth and tasty food!). These sweet buns are adorable together, though their personalities are very different! Patty Cake is more on the shy side, though she’s very sweet, and Sammy is curious and has a need for lots of space to explore (and has quite the vertical, which is important to know for bunny-proofing!). Two bunnies are twice as fun and twice as cute, so don’t you want to add some adorable bunny love in your life? If you want Patty Cake and Sammy to be a part of your forever family, please fill out the adoption questionnaire and check the link on adopting a rabbit from the Indiana House Rabbit Society. Their adoption fee is $110 (which helps cover their spay and neuter surgeries) and they’ll come home with a small bag of hay, a small bag of pellets and their veterinary history.
Patty Cake & Sammy are …
– a bonded pair that MUST be adopted together!
– different in personality (Patty is more shy, though very sweet, and Sammy is curious with a serious need for space to explore), but absolutely adorable together!
– litter-box trained.
– spayed and neutered, respectively.
I’ve included a link on keeping rabbits as pets from the Indiana House Rabbit Society … there’s tons of great information on their website!
