Meet Celeste, a sweet and smart four year-old German Shepherd/Rottweiler mix available for adoption at the Madison County Humane Society! This poor girl was left in a small crate outside the front door of the shelter overnight and found in the morning, scared and confused, but it didn’t take away from her sweet nature. She’s incredibly smart, knowing “sit”, “stay” and “down”, and is also both housebroken and crate-trained. She’s not a huge fan of cats or other dogs, but once she’s found The One (as in her human soulmate) she’ll be a best friend for life. Celeste’s adoption fee is $125 and includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test, dewormer and 30 days of pet health insurance.
