Meet Victor, a seven year-old neutered Netherland Dwarf rabbit available for adoption at IndyCLAW Rescue! Victor was surrendered to the rescue in the hopes he would find a home that’s a better fit after not getting along with his last human mom. He adored his human dad, though, so he’s not averse to all people, he just needs to find the right forever family! He may do best as an only bunny due to his Little Man Syndrome, so if you have another bunny you would probably want to house them separately. Victor loves to run and play and will keep you entertained, are you his new loving audience? Victor’s adoption fee is $60. For more information on Victor, please visit IndyCLAW‘s website or email adopt@indyclaw.org, visits are by appointment only!
Victor is …
– very playful!
– probably best as an only bunny or at least housed separately from other rabbits.
– litter-box trained.
– neutered.
– better suited in a home with older children or adults (or those with previous rabbit ownership experience). Rabbits are very fragile, so it’s very important that they’re in a home with people who can pick them up without fear of dropping them!
I have included links to Netherland Dwarfs and to IndyCLAW’s rabbit adoption information page. It has tons of great information and things you need to consider before adopting a rabbit and giving it a forever home. Please read this information thoroughly, especially if you are looking to adopt your first bunny! I personally have adopted from this rescue and it was such a wonderful experience!
*UPDATE: Victor crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
