Meet Linus, a loving two year-old longhaired black cat available for adoption through the Hancock County Humane Society! Linus was diagnosed with FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but is doing very well and is a sweet and friendly boy. Testing positive for FIV does NOT mean that a cat has feline AIDS, but it does make the cat more susceptible to secondary infections. Linus is not on a daily medication to treat his FIV, but because he has an immunodeficiency he would need any secondary infections treated as normal.
