Meet Cassian, an energetic almost-two year-old mixed rabbit available for adoption through the Indiana House Rabbit Society! A Good Samaritan found Cassian in Lawrence as a thin and dirty stray, but he’s feeling much better now that he was neutered, his parasites were treated and he’s been able to consistently eat! Cassian can be a bit skittish if you lean down to pet him, but overall, he isn’t afraid of meeting new people and especially loves being around his people when there’s food involved! Cassian has tons of energy and will need adequate exercise space and mental stimulation, but he loves the spoiled, indoor bun life and can’t wait to find his forever home! Cassian also has been very interested in the neighbor buns at the rescue, so he could potentially be a good bonding candidate, but a meet-and-greet would be a must with any other bunnies in the home. How can you not love Andor adore this handsome boy? If you want Cassian to be a part of your forever family, please fill out the adoption questionnaire and check the link on adopting a rabbit from the Indiana House Rabbit Society. Cassian’s adoption fee is $100 (which helps cover his neuter surgery) and he’ll come home with a small bag of hay, a small bag of pellets and his veterinary history.

*I’ve included a link on keeping rabbits as pets from the Indiana House Rabbit Society … there’s tons of great information on their website! Please read this information thoroughly, especially if you are looking to adopt your first bunny! I personally have adopted from this rescue and it was such a wonderful experience!*
