Meet Levi, a sweet eight month-old Pit Bull Terrier/Weimaraner mix available at the Johnson County Animal Shelter! Levi was surrendered to the shelter when his owners could no longer care for him, but it hasn’t dimmed the spark in this happy boy! Levi is friendly with everyone he meets and loves to run, explore, cuddle with his humans and will happily sit for treats (he’s very food-motivated and has great potential for training!). Although Levi is untested with children and other animals, he has been very interested in the other dogs at the shelter and could potentially enjoy another dog in his future forever home (but a meet-and-greet with ALL family members is a must!). Who needs a comfy pair of Levis when one is all you need? All adoptions are done with approved applicants by appointment only and once you fill out the adoption application, the shelter will contact you to set up an appointment and meet the pet. Levi’s adoption fee is $150, which covers his vaccinations, neuter surgery and microchip registration.
