Meet Pretzel, a happy-go-lucky eight month-old Rottweiler/Labrador mix available at the Johnson County Animal Shelter! Pretzel was surrendered to the shelter when his owner’s health went into decline and they could no longer care for him, but it hasn’t damaged this boy’s playful spirit! Pretzel is good with children (both inside and outside the home) and plays well with other dogs, but he is untested with cats and other animals. This goofy boy also loves car rides, exploring, running and walks and loves playing toys with his people … how can you resist Pretzel’s perfect combo of salty and sweet? All adoptions are done with approved applicants by appointment only and once you fill out the adoption application, the shelter will contact you to set up an appointment and meet the pet. Pretzel’s adoption fee is $150, which covers his vaccinations, neuter surgery and microchip registration.
