Meet Pinto! *UPDATE: ADOPTED!!!*

Meet Pinto, a sweet 10 month-old mixed rabbit available for adoption through the Indiana House Rabbit Society! Pinto was found on a super rainy day by a Good Samaritan and was evidently so tired of outdoor life that he let himself be picked right up and brought to the rescue. Now that he knows the good life of being a spoiled indoor bun, you couldn’t find yourself a sweeter boy! Pinto doesn’t meet a stranger (though his favorite people are those with treats!) and loves to binky and play in long curtains. This curious and active boy is a great free-roam candidate and would benefit from plenty of play time and exercise space (and I’m sure he wouldn’t turn down a good chew toy or two!). This Pinto is no lemon … are you the forever family where he’s the perfect fit? If you want Pinto to be a part of your forever family, please fill out the adoption questionnaire and check the link on adopting a rabbit from the Indiana House Rabbit Society. Pinto’s adoption fee is $100 (which helps cover his neuter surgery) and he’ll come home with a small bag of hay, a small bag of pellets and his veterinary history.

Pinto is …
– a friendly and active boy who enjoys a good binky and playing in long curtains and will need plenty of play time and exercise space.
– a great free-roam candidate.
– litter-box trained.
– neutered.
– fully vaccinated against RHDV2.

*I’ve included a link on keeping rabbits as pets from the Indiana House Rabbit Society … there’s tons of great information on their website! Please read this information thoroughly, especially if you are looking to adopt your first bunny! I personally have adopted from this rescue and it was such a wonderful experience!*
