Meet Ernie Keebler, an adorable five month-old black cat available for adoption through the Hancock County Humane Society! Ernie and his siblings were very sick with panleukopenia when they were younger, but are now thriving thanks to the dedication and devotion of shelter volunteers! Ernie has a gorgeous smoky undercoat that gives him a unique and distinguished look (it looks like he’s wearing a fur stole!). Ernie loves everyone he meets and gets along well with other cats … how can you resist this sweet little morsel? Shelter hours are by appointment only on Saturdays and the shelter is closed on holidays. Two shelter visits are also required before the adoption can be completed and adoption fees vary based on age of cat, age of adopter, etc., so please click the link above for more information.
Ernie Keebler is …
– a sweet and loving boy who loves everyone he meets!
– good with other cats.
– litter-box trained.
– neutered.
– up-to-date on his vaccinations, negative for FIV/FeLV and treated for fleas and worms.
