Meet Big Bug, a sweet four year-old domestic shorthair cat available at the Johnson County Animal Shelter! Poor Big Bug was brought into the shelter because his owner was unable to take care of his medical needs, but now that his ear infection has been treated he is such a sweet and happy boy! This sweetheart loves to cuddle and would love a forever family that would let him snuggle while watching TV or reading a book, he just wants to be with his people! Big Bug does well with the other cats at the shelter, but is untested with children and other animals, so a meet-and-greet with all family members (furry and non-) is a must. All adoptions are done with approved applicants by appointment only and once you fill out the adoption application, the shelter will contact you to set up an appointment and meet the pet. Big Bug’s adoption fee is $50, which covers his vaccinations and neuter surgery.
