Meet Rye, a playful two year-old domestic shorthair cat available at the Johnson County Animal Shelter! Rye adores playing with toy mice at the shelter and loves to bat them around and act silly, so he would love a forever family that would take the time to play with him. Rye also does well with the other cats at the shelter and would love a kitty friend in his new home, but a meet-and-greet would still be important with all family members. How can you resist this wholesome and funny boy? All adoptions are done with approved applicants by appointment only and once you fill out the adoption application, the shelter will contact you to set up an appointment and meet the pet.
