Meet Nebrew!

Meet Nebrew, a handsome three year-old Pit Bull mix available for adoption at the Shelbyville/Shelby County Animal Shelter! Nebrew was surrendered by his family when they were no longer able to continue caring for him (this, unfortunately, seems to be the trend during this COVID-19 pandemic). Nebrew is a friendly boy who loves toys, has a great doggy smile and is a smart boy who knows the commands for sit, shake, stay and down. He’s also great with children (it’s best if they’re six or over due to his strength), okay with submissive female dogs, but doesn’t care for cats or other male dogs. Are you Nebrew’s forever home? Anyone interested in Nebrew, please check the link above for hours of operation and adoption requirements (meet and greets are a must!). Once your application has been approved, you get to take Nebrew home that day!  Any additional questions, please email Chris Browder at cbrowder@cityofshelbyvillein.com or call at (317) 392-5127.
